-Based on other specific connectors around them, I can say the missing pink 2-pin connector is in the vicinity of the air box air sensors & throttle body.
-The Black vs White connectors in the 2nd pic are in the mid-section of the harness
-The 3rd pic looks similar to the headlamp connector, but is further back near the (green) ignition switch connector, the side stand relay connector (3 orange & 1 brown wire), & the rear brake light switch connector(orange & white/black stripe)
