the product was fine. the ordering process not so much. there was no offer to choose fast shipping. it did not say how long it would take to get my product. it just gave a vague time period 2 to 5 days for the order to be completed. who know how long shipping would take. i tried to call the 800 number but was not a working number. i emailed them and their email went to my spam folder. and i'm sitting here with no bike for god knows how long. so i went to a different site and ordered the same part for a third of the price, but paid 67 bucks for 2 day shipping. of course i got the cable 2 days later from these guys but who knew how long it would take. you need to tighten up your ordering proceedure, communication with customers, and offer fast shipping right at the point of sale easy to see no hunting around for it *** Sorry, we cannot see which order this is.
