    Product Description

    This is an Upgrade Hi-Performance Twist Throttle Kit for your Chinese ATV or Dirt Bike. Fits many different brands and models with 49cc through 125cc "Honda Clone" style 4 stroke engines. Standard 22mm (7/8 inch.) handle bar mounting diameter. Kit includes adjustable cable, throttle housing w/wedge and mounting hardware, throttle sleeve . Great for twist throttle conversions to ATV units. Throttle cable length is 34 inches with 4 5/8 inches of useable cable outside of protected sleeve. When cable is mounted into throttle housing you will have 2 1/4 to 3 inches of useable cable outside of protected sleeve (adjustable). We use these on the Taotao ATVs as well as many other Chinese made units. We recommend the grip set 24-3001.

      I bought this kit for my daughters Pentora 125cc ATV. I must say I was skeptical about everything fitting correctly, but this kit was perfect. The parts seem to be quality and the Motion Pro cable was a plus. I also bought the recommended Fly grips which completed the conversion nicely. The only issue I has was the white throttle tube being a little long. I decided to cut the end of the tube about 3/8” which made the grip fit perfect. This allowed the grip to cover the tube all the way but left enough clearance to not rub the throttle housing (which could cause throttle to stick). I’m going to order 2 more kits as I have one more ATV to convert and my brother wants one as well.

      Very easy to install. The handle was a little long so the grip doesnt go all the way on to cover the white throttle handle however it was not that bad. The product works fantastic..

      The throttle went on in just a few minutes. Recomend removing carb from intake, so you can visualy see slide gets reinstalled correctly. I did not leave the throttle on tao Tao 125D for long, my 5yr old is just not ready to ride without having throttle stop to keep him from going to fast. I will give it another try when he gets a little more experience. Whygostock are great people to work with!!! Very helpful, and answered all of my questions.
