Professional level install required
While I was thankful this kit was available, I was shocked at the instructions. I have done carb kits, jetting and needle changes but this kit was much more involved. It required bending a tube so many MM (so you have to have or buy a digital MM Caliper) Also it said to drill a hole, but did not say what size drill bit to use, only MM size requiring the mm gauge again. It said be careful not to drill into another tube, very scary, sounded easy to mess up. It also said to cover the backfire screen with a silicone covering, that makes no sense at all and would hamper air flow and performance! I wanted nothng to do with thi kit and these instructions, so I am sending it back and ordered a completely new Carburetor with all the 2020 upgrades already done. I figure replacing the carburetor is hard enough, the kit way to much hassle.
