Ssr 225 crate motor
Ordering the motor and the customer service and shipping process was great got the motor on time no problems. I installed the motor changed the oil and done everything it said the motor started and ran with no problems. After about two hours of riding the clutches in the motor started slipping making a grinding noise so now the bike can not be rode and the motor is brand new. *** Crate motors do not have any warranty unless installed by a SSR dealer. Did you change out the crate oil before starting? Was the clutch properly adjusted? You can order a new clutch for the motor. ***
