Product Description
This is a new Rebuild kit for the Hyosung and United Motors square style vacuum operated fuel valve petcocks. Commonly found on the GV650 Avitar, GT650R, GT650S, GT650, GT250R and GT250, TE450S ATV. Not used on the GV250 or Fuel Injected Models. The second picture showns and example of the petock this would repair. Parts included in the first picture include diaphgram with plug and o-ring, diaphgram top gasket, spring, O-ring for the connection between the petcock and the tank and 4 screws with washers.
Made in Japan to higher quality standard than stock parts.

good rebuild kit
it does the job. its a little pricey for a rebuild kit considering you can buy a aftermarket petcock on eBay for cheap. the only thing I did not like was that it did not come with a new screen filter. I had to order a aftermarket petcock just to get the screen filter.

Petcock rebuild kit
Ended up only needing the diaphragm but it worked great and everything was packaged neat and individually, so I can save the spare parts for when I need them.

Simple and effective.
I just purchased a 2008 Hyosung GV650, and the previous owner had let it sit for about a year. After changing the battery, doing an oil change and tune-up, and a couple of routine things to do after a vehicle sits for a while, I started her up and she spit fuel at me. I quickly found it was the vacuum-fed fuel petcock under the gas tank that was the culprit. Instead of ordering a factory replacement at nearly twice the price, I opted for this rebuild kit. My only critique would be that the packaging is entirely non-descriptive; if you ordered an extra and misplaced it, you might not know what you're looking at when it's found later. Just a thought! Very pleased with this product overall, and with Whygostock! The item arrived before the estimated shipping date, all parts shown in the picture were accounted for, and it was an incredibly simple fix that I feel anyone could do (remember to drain your gas tank first, of course).
